What we did in a nutshell.
Together with the Solana Foundation we aimed to create a vibrant and engaging visual identity for the Solana Summer Camp Hackathon. This online global event, aimed at developers and builders, featured up to $5 million in prizes and seed funding. Our goal was to capture the essence of a fun and wacky, yet innovative summer camp vibe while appealing to a tech-savvy audience.
From logo deisgn to branding, to custom nerdy illustrations, to website and animation, this projects was definitely one of our favorites!
For the website itself, we designed a vibrant foundation of styles to build upon. Featuring eye-candy colors, modern typography, and silly, tech-themed illustrations to inspire developers.
To expand on the brand, we created unique name tags per each city, event badges with caricatures, and quirky illustrations.
Colorful icons representing different categories, all contributing to a cohesive and energetic visual identity that engages and inspires participants.
Every city where the event was held, had it’s own custom badge design. No stone was left unturned.
The video below demonstrates how a well-executed brand can seamlessly extend into various areas across different departments and agencies. While we did not create this animation video, the foundational elements and overall brand building blocks originated from our work.
